- JJJNov 13, 20251.0I called this company to resolve an issue after one of their drivers caused damage to my windshield from debris falling off their haul. I was hoping to handle the situation professionally, but the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. She tried to claim that because the truck has a “Stay 100 Feet Back” sign, that somehow overrides Arizona law and means they aren’t responsible. For the record, Arizona law (A.R.S. § 28-1098) clearly states that vehicles must secure and cover their loads, and drivers are responsible for any debris that falls from their vehicle, regardless of what their sign says. A sign does NOT protect them from liability. When I attempted to explain this, she kept interrupting, talking down to me, and acting like I didn’t know my rights. Very unprofessional and stuck-up attitude. Fortunately, I have the entire incident recorded on my dash camera, and I will be filing a claim for damages. This could have been handled easily and respectfully, but instead I was treated poorly and given false information. Very disappointing and unacceptable customer service.
