Went to pick up a furniture order, it wasn’t ready and the staff kept me and others waiting, when I asked about how long it would take, I was told to say my ABCs 27 times and then it might be ready. I’m not sure if the employee was trying to be funny, but it came across as one of the more condescending customer service interactions I’ve had. Ended up leaving because of prior plans, when the manager called me apologizing and saying they’d have the order ready in 5 minutes. Came back later that night, and waited over 30 minutes. I guess I was lucky? Other customers were told it was just too hard to find their orders and they would have to try coming back another day. Truly awful customer service.
