- PAPatti ANov 3, 20255.0I own 2 Tempur-Pedic beds (bought 2020 and 2022). Recently experienced a problem with the split king fexible frames and it was not easy getting warranty service. There was finally a service call and the noise issue was quieted. After a couple months one of the king split frames had the noise issue reoccur and no change as I got caught in the service run around. I learned management at the Glendale store changed which likely caused the fall through the cracks. So, I went back to the new Glendale flagship store manager with my problem and much to my pleasure David hit the ground in high gear acting on my behalf and made me feel valued as a customer. David kept me informed every step of the way and got my issue resolved quickly - he was professional and knew just what was needed. I was impressed with David and would buy a third Tempur-Pedic if the need arose based on dealing with David AND the fact that the beds are quality.

I just recently called to inquire about getting a new remote and could not be happier with the customer service I received from David at this location. Not only was he knowledgeable about the issue at hand, but when corporate wouldn’t help us he went above and beyond to make sure our issue was handled appropriately and with care. 10/10 would recommend. Can I use my current frame with my Tempur-Pedic Mattress?
Yes. We design our mattresses to fit most standard size bed furniture and frames.
Unless your product was not designed for the U.S. market, or is an unusual size, our mattresses should fit.
If you have any question about whether a Tempur-Pedic mattress will fit your bed or furniture frame, we recommend that you refer to the specific product dimensions.
If you choose not to purchase our foundation, you must position the mattress on a completely flat, solid surface with adequate center support.
If you have a slatted foundation, we recommend using slats that are at least 3 inches wide and are no more than 4 inches apart.
Please note that using the mattress without a Tempur-Pedic foundation or similar firm, solid-surface, non-spring base may void the warranty.
How does my new mattress arrive?
With the exception of our TEMPUR-Cloud, select mattresses arrive with White Glove delivery. With our free White Glove delivery, your mattress will arrive in a plastic covering which will be removed upon delivery for set up.
The TEMPUR-Cloud is a convenient option at a lower price that ships to your door compressed in a bag for you to set up on your own time. This design makes the TEMPUR-Cloud great for those who have narrow hallways or doorways, live in apartments, or want to have a contact-free delivery! The TEMPUR-Cloud does not receive our White Glove delivery as it is shipped via UPS. This means that it will be delivered to your door and removal of your old mattress is not available.
What is the difference between Medium & Medium Hybrid in feel?
Tempur-Pedic’s hybrids are like no other, because our innovative coil system works in combination with one-of-a-kind TEMPUR® Material to deliver unmatched pressure relief and support — plus, a more “responsive” feel from the premium coils that sleepers may prefer. This makes our hybrids a perfect introduction to Tempur-Pedic (and a welcome upgrade!) if you’ve only slept on traditional spring mattresses in the past.
While our hybrid mattress options are best described as “medium,” they’re created a bit differently than our other medium-feel mattresses. Our non-hybrid mattresses are constructed entirely of our legendary TEMPUR® materials (placed on top of a foam base layer), while our Medium Hybrid options contain a 1000+ coil system to provide all the pressure relief and support you expect from a Tempur-Pedic mattress — with the added “bounce” from the coils.
Another difference? Our Medium Hybrid mattresses are created using our softest material available, TEMPUR-ES™, so our hybrids tend to feel slightly softer than our Medium, non-hybrid options. Do you have replacement covers for mattresses?
