Love Aaron’s they always so helpful love our future, we werent able to download the app netflix and peacock so we called the store and the store manager Penny helped us step by step telling us wat to do to be able to get our apps we wanted download she was very nice and patient i really do recommend aaron’s to everyone..

Fire your manager Penny, I guarantee you she is the worst employee you have right now. I've spoken with other of your employees and they tell me that this is not the first time they've heard complaints about Penny. Penny is a very rude, disrespectful person and should not be in the customer service industry.
Look at how she is representing your store.
She is extremely unprofessional and she WILL argue with the customer.
I ordered a bed set. It came broken.
Called spoke with Penny and she tells me to email the store pictures, so I did.
About 2 3 weeks go by, I cant lay on the bed, the legs underneath are broken. So the matress is sinking.
She calls us back finally, i think its about the bed, but no she's worried about the payment. So im like what about our bed? You guys haven't even fixed it yet and we've been waiting almost a month for this to be fixed. "I looked at the pictures and it looks fine, it has 6 legs, one broken leg shouldn't bother"
Im like what? im telling you the bed is literally broken and I've sent multiple pictures. It's almost been a month and we've been wait8ng for this issue to be fixed.
She says "well im not doing anything or fixing the bed till we get a payment from you today." (I paid for the prot3ction plan)
I said sre you serious?? We've been waiting almost a month *cuts me off*
She says "you sent this email on September 2 it has not been a month. The date at the time of this email is 9/22
She then states "uh I've been on vacation, I barely got back" which doesn't make sense on why she told me to email them and even wait 2 3weeks for her to get back to me only about my payments.
I then told her again, the bed is broken and we literally cant use it.
She literally says this quote "oh what? You're not using it? Want ne to pick it up tomorrow?"
At this point im like no way this manager is really giv8ng me all this trouble , is she really serious did she just say that?
I then tell her "are you seriously acting like this? What kind of service is this are you kidding me
After the call she then says she's sending someone out to fix the bed.
Tomorrow comes, I just tell them to pack it up and take it back.
Penny is truly an unprofessional worker especially to be even in management, how'd she land that job? Idk
Her customer service is unbelievably baffling on how she even deals with aarons customers.
She is disrespectful, willingly able to not help a customer, works as if she hates her job. She is the person answering the calls, and being of service.
Penny does not represent aarons the way a manager is supposed to with customer service and experience.
I would literally try to not call the store if she was working because I knew she would be of no help whatsoever. The other managers thwre are SO helpful, they explain everything so well in a way I understand how their processes work. Penny is an unexceptional work and manager.

Went in not even a hello one guy on the phone didn't want to interrupt him doing business another guy on his cell phone in the back didn't even say a word then the 1st guy on the phone started helping someone that just walked in another girl on her phone outside 🙄 so I walked out needed a bed and a couch guess ill shop some where else

You can get product from them. But it takes weeks to deliver it. Its a joke. I have to rent a truck to get what I rented. They didn't care a bit. And it's on a recorded line as they state.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
