Very rude and unprofessional he lied saying his name was Jim and proceeded to call me names refusing to leave my porch when asked to stop acting in such a manner in front of my child. He then said if I payed my payment maybe he wouldn't treat me like that until then he was going to continue. I told him he was being recorded on house cameras he was dancing around my porch yelling good while waving around saying ("hi I'm Jim heyyy!) telling me I had to tell him why I wasn't able to pay my bill umm? Not his business nore place to ask that yet he said since we bought property from there I had to. He will talk over you and get louder if you try to speak. Not manager worthy that store needs him gone ASAP!!! Elizabeth handled the situation very well I'm thankful for her.

The threatening messages and phones calls. The constant harassment. Only had their product for a month before they got made cuz we keep our card locked and they can’t take when they want. Never ever will do business again. For warn. Harold also has the worst customer service skills. How he handled the situation was way beyond wrong. Shouldn’t even be a manager
- SLStephen LawrenceOct 30, 20252.0Came to my door banging it almost off the hinges scared my family and my 2 year old son..very bad harassment this was my last payment too..I made an agreement to pay on a date but they neglected to put it into the computer..so Harold the account manager came to my door banging and looking thru my windows with babies crying .I've delt with Aaron's for over 15 years paid my stuff off paid cash for some things off the floor but this year I went thru more bull than ever anywhere else so I'll be taking my business somewhere else after this last payment and harassment charges need to be brought up against Harold and Aaron's.. Elizabeth is a good person but her employees need to learn hospitality and manners..I spent thousands of dollars with them and I get letters and cards stating I'm a VIP but get treated like a bad customer .which is it? Lost me as a long customer of over 15 years..the door thing I may bring charges against Aarons my mom was there and she wants to get an attorney for harassment against Harold and Aaron's...some compensation needs to be brought forward for these things

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
