He originally told me that the bed was about 700 with approximately 6-7 payments 127 that was paid. I get a call saying that he can pay it off for the amount of 1400 after spending 800 already and the original price was 2000. He also purchased a lawnmower that week and soon as he got a chance to use it broke down he told them to come get it and they tried to charge him for it after he told them he didn’t want it. My dad is a 74 year old VET!! that their tried to get over on until I intervened. I have spoken to the manager and a couple of people who work there.. just unprofessional. The bank statement shows he spent 830 dollars with Aaron’s in Jacksonville N 1st St. for used full size bed.. Today Dec.4, 2025 I get a call and he asked for a payment of 263 on a lawnmower that didn’t work on the first day. Months ago he called and cancelled that payment and they want him to pay it and then he still owes a balance on the used bed and that he can pay it off today for 1400. Crooks!!!!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
