Then a few weeks later when we tried to get the hot tub up and running, we had an issue and he rushed over on his time off to ensure it was fixed. A+++++++

Their service team tore our hot tub cover straps off when repairing the side of the tub. They proceeded to excuse their team and then eventually told us how they planned to remediate the issue of damaging our cover by giving us 10% off of our bill or 10% off of a brand new cover. We felt kind of stuck because that's all they would do, but we did voice our disapproval of their remediation plan. We had honestly contracted them to help us fix a problem, not create a problem.... we have a repaired side but damaged cover…
