  Worst expirance I've had with any contractor. We made our expectations clear, established the work area, property lines, where to stage equipment, etc. We made it clear that we would take our business elsewhere if our expectations could not be met and we were assured with many empty promises that Burton would follow through. During the project they seemed to use my list of what not to do as a check list of what to accomplish. They drove heavy equipment over literally every place on my property and neighbors property they were told not to. One place that left me particularly upset was a place in my yard(well outside the construction area) that has many utility lines that should not ever have equipment on. They really liked driving through that area with a full sized excavator, dump truck with trailer, 3/4ton with trailer and a loaded concrete truck. They had agreed to stay out of that area before starting the project but had to be told repeatedly during to stay off it. The best part of the whole project was getting Burton Pools& Spas off my property. My advice would be use someone else.
