- JMJim McclanahanDec 23, 20255.0Bought a freezer there this past Saturday. Roger was the salesman. He did a great job. I called first and he gave me measurement of the freezers they had in stock. I wanted to fit it where my other was, it was going out. Two sounded as if they would work. An Amana and a Maytag. I went there that day and he help me, showing the ones we had talked about. I went with the Maytag. Roger told me he could have it delivered Tuesday morning. Justin showed up today, on time and with a smile. He took my old one, installed my new one and could not have done any better. 5 out of 5 for me, can't think of a thing they could have done any better.

Maybe it was just a long series of unfortunate events, but I'm not sure I'd ever go back here. Maybe you'll have a better experience. Went to Lowe's, got awesome service, and had a washer in my house that night.

My husband had to call many times and even had to pay them a visit. The delivery person was top notch. The store not so much. We will never shop with them again and they will get 0 recommendations.
