- LLLyn LandrumAug 28, 20251.0I am very frustrated I have been dealing with Aarons for a minute but not so long at this location Mr.Robert is very nice talking to on the phone but they get nothing done I have been told multiple times that my daughter bed frame would be delivered for them to reschedule and not even call and let you know this location do not listen to you and could careless will not purchase from this location again and to add to this I was told a child jumped on the bed nope my daughter is 22 when I got the bedroom set I was having issues so yeah do better you response to your customer should be everything

They like to jack up what you own them if you’re late with a payment by 2-4x what is actually owed. Be weary of doing business. Nice folks at the front, but the guy in charge of accounts can be a snake.
- DLDebra LeoJan 11, 20253.0I had a great experience when I made my purchase. Robert was very friendly. But it wasn't a month and my sectional started splitting at the seams as if fabric was dry rot. It took almost a year to get new cushion covers ( I hope they aren't dry rotted too. Then the TV stop working and I asked them to pick it up but they continued to charge me for months. Robert the manager said he would remove it. It's been months and it's still not resolved and I'm being charged a late fee for each item because I had to stop ez pay so they would stop taking money out of my account. I do not recommend this store to anyone. This is my first time purchasing from a Rent a center and don't think I ever will again. we hadn't had so many problems with the products but the management there ( i. e. Robert).

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
