- HSHeidi SrockNov 14, 20251.0Ordered a washer and dryer 3 weeks ago, it has been a hassle ever since. Still no washer and dryer. They called today finally to set up delivery and that is also very inconvenient. They will not work with you on day and time if delivery. Last week I attempted to call and check on it because I had not heard from them. I called 14 times and no one answered. Finally drove to the store and was told, " Its not in yet". Would not recommend.

I told them I needed it ASAP due to recent physical restraints which caused me to be unable to sit on the low furniture I had. I found what I needed with the help of Xavier, but the color was wrong. I was told that they would get the color I wanted and call me when it came in. Three times I called or went in over the next week and was told that they found what I was looking for. Three weeks after my initial visit I finally received the "Defective New" sofa and love seat. I reported the defect and was told a repair person would call and schedule a time to come repair the problem. Two weeks later it was repaired, but not put back together properly. Again I called to complain about what was supposed to be new furniture. I was told they would have the repair tech call me to set up a time to come back out. That was over a week ago. From my first visit until today I have been told I'm 7 occasions that they would call me back. Jessie the manager even went so far as to tell me he called me twice but got no answer. He even said he called and someone picked up the phone and hung up...it's a cellphone and he didn't call! This is unexceptionable by any standards! They have had no problems deducting payments from my account because they had info from a previous purchase that I am still paying for. However, they never went over any paperwork amounts of payments or anything else. The delivery men actually went over more than the sales persons did. Xavier was the person initially assisting me, but asked Jessie a question about ordering the one I was looking for and he took over and everything went down hill from that moment due to lack of communication on his part. At this point the furniture is still damaged where the delivery person put the legs on crocked and something is trying to poke through the thin fabric. I am about ready for them to pick it up. I have no desire to make another payment on New Defective furniture! My first experience with Aaron's was pleasant, but this experience has completely turned me off.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
