The new owner of the local store, Snooze Mattress Factory, refused to honor that policy!! I called Bedzzz Express In Trusville and spoke to Will. He contacted his VP, David and even though their corporate stores did not have to honor my local “franchise” store, they went way and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!!! I highly recommend them!!! Lesson learned…. don’t by from Snooze Mattress Factory!!! Customer service is not their priority!
