    We recently bought fencing material that we needed to finish our backyard fence. We found the items we needed at a decent price and no one else in the area had it! Customer service is always outstanding and we always find what we need!

    I order a stove and it was supposed to be here December 4th, by 1 pm I felt something wasn’t right so I called Rona and Ryland took my call and he said he would look into it! Ryland called me back and he told me what happened! I had to go back and ordered another one! Ryland looked after me and he made sure everything was going to be in place! Employees like Ryland should be awarded for his compassion towards others! He made sure I was happy before I left the store! Thank you again Ryland! I recommend anyone to shop at Rona!

    There's a reason why this store has no customers... Every single time I go in here I am never able leave with what I need. The sales associate today can't even find prices for things your selling that are up on display, Let Alone able to tell me if it's in stock or how long it would take to get in.. The answer I got was "I can't even find it on our website.." That tells you something right there, If They're very own employees can't find prices for their own products, How are we the consumers supposed to? Your website's a joke and your store is sad.

    We inquired about a bathroom tub and sink replacement in one bathroom and a shower replacement in another bathroom back in April. The guy who was supposed to give us an estimate came in and quickly was in a rush and said “ya ok” and was going to leave, but I asked him to measure the shower as I didn’t have any info. We were told the guy who normally does estimates would come and do a thorough estimate, but that never happened. We were told we would have prices we discussed for tub kit for the hassle we dealt with but it was standard pricing. We received two different quotes which were a lot more than what we discussed. We asked for a refund on October 9th as we haven’t had an actually estimate and have heard nothing back. I would not reccomend using rona for installation, we ended up having to hire someone to come in as we needed the primary bathroom fixed, we have kids that require the bathtub. We are disappointed in the whole service with rona and how we have been ignored since.
