Was a great experience when we first walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed any help, then once we did need help/more info Joe was right there to help us pick the perfect choice for us. We want to thank him for his patience with us and sticking with us until the end. We walked out with a brand new bed and luxury mattress that I’m sure we will enjoy for many years. Thanks Joe!

Just an FYI to all individuals to those who are thinking of purchasesing something the North Brick store in Red Deer. There sales team will tell you the product is one thing. Yet when you pick it up and it is not what you ordered they will not return it. I first talked with the on duty manager Macry which explained that everything in there store is final sale. Even if it was there mistake. I then asked to speak with her manager which was not in. So I came back the next day to talk with kyle who had no regaurd to help me. This company is first class customer service. Tell you one thing and sell you another! Spend your money elsewhere! Update after a second conversation with Kyle we were able to work it out. Only giving three stars they made it right but was a hassle!

Joe Whitfield was my sales associate and he did great. He greeted me at the door and held it open for me as I am on crutches. He asked right away what I was looking for and we went right to work finding the furniture I needed. Very friendly and helpful.

We purchased some appliances from here this summer. We are having a problem with our dishwasher and they told us it's not their problem and to call the manufacturer I have been back and forth with the manufacturer for 18 days now and still no resolution. I had to pay someone myself to come look at it because supposedly they can't find anyone who services our area. Today I found out we need a whole new dishwasher. I called the brick asking for help as we also purchased warranty from them and they once again told us it's not their problem as it doesn't kick in for a year, which was not disclosed to us at time of purchase. (We did the purchase over the phone as my spouse did it and was away at work.) They put me through to the manufacturer which I've already been dealing with but am getting no where. I am so tired of the back and forth between the manufacturer. This has been a horrible experience all around and will definitely not be buying from here again. Supposedly they have transglobal who will help deal with the manufacturer but transglobal told me they don't do that because it is to much back and forth.
Really disappointed in the service I've been recieving. The manufacturer also got the same review.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
