- DDdesiree denilla6 days ago1.0What a joke a deal to this company, never gonna deal with it anymore i bought a furniture back in November get deliver in January and it's only March the furniture had some hardware issues, call the company as its suppose to be still part of warranty considering we bought the insurance too.not have to wait for a month to get them look tofix it, when they selling you product there gonna discuss so much good deal about it now problem occur they won't even look for it. What a messed

Trysta and Nick with the giant name tag 🤷🏻♂️ were very helpful, accommodating a couple of old folks arranging for delivery and set up of our purchase. The one guy took pictures to show it arrived to my house damaged to document it for your files. Giving 4 stars out of their amazing help but probably would have rated it less over damaged box. But 5 stars for them.
- LBleah bestonMar 2, 20265.0Took my mum to find a couch. Jay Kerner greeted us as soon as we got there, honestly dread these kind of stores because of high pressure sales people. We said we were just looking, we ended up sitting on absolutely every couch and he checked in with us every so often and gave us the info on what ever couch we were sitting on, no pressure what so ever. We decided on the one she wanted and he was right there, got everything done up in minutes and gave us a great deal on the warranty. Would 💯 recommend the South End Brick and Jay. Will definitely shop there again!!
- CHCassie HamiltonFeb 26, 20261.0I recently bought a fridge from the brick and it came damaged and they refused to fix it because I had to order it in. Finally, they decided to just fix the door. Then I realized later they damaged my flooring when it was delivered. I didn’t even think to check because I was so worried about the broken new fridge. I called to ask if they could fix the top of my stairs where they took gouges out and they said sorry you only had 24 hours to let us know and did nothing. I just had my whole house flood and spent every last penny on a new floor and had to buy a new fridge and now I have a broken fridge and broken floor, it’s just devastating that this stuff happens.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
