    I had a wonderful experience at Rona! Their customer service is outstanding—friendly, helpful, and truly attentive. The floor specialist was incredibly knowledgeable about vinyl flooring and helped me make the best choice for my home with clear explanations and great advice.On top of that, the kids had a blast making their Halloween lantern boxes—it was creative, festive, and made our visit extra special. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

    I came into Rona Red Deer North needing to match a paint colour and, at first, my experience was not great. The first employee I spoke with told me the sample I brought (a small section from my wall) was not big enough and refused to help. When I asked what the minimum size requirement was, I was only given arbitrary references instead of clear measurements, so even if I had wanted to, I could not correct the sample size. That initial interaction almost made me want to leave the store. To their credit, that employee did end up being helpful afterward, but the start was very discouraging. Since I was in the mood of giving second chances that day, I decided to stay. I am so glad I did because I met Bruce. Even though he did not work in the paint department, he went above and beyond to help me. He took my sample seriously, walked me through the options, and was incredibly kind and patient. As someone who sometimes struggles with social interactions, I cannot overstate how much Bruce’s kindness meant to me. His outstanding service completely overshadowed the earlier interaction and turned what could have been a negative visit into a genuinely positive experience. Thank you, Bruce. You truly made my day.

    Jarret G. has been extremely helpful going above and beyond for the help I’ve needed with my renovations on my house. Even little details he’s helped me figure out ways to get things done without costing a fortune. Someone give this guy a raise. Working two jobs that I know of after our conversations, I feel like we need more of this guy in the world. Appreciate all your help and next project as long as you’re there I’ll just come straight to you. Wish more people would care about customer service as much as he does. Thanks.
