I recently purchased a washer, dryer, and dishwasher from RONA Medicine Hat, and I’m very impressed with their outstanding customer service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was handled properly.
Unfortunately, the delivery company they use was disappointing — I never received the promised call or email the day before or the morning of delivery, and the email address they provided didn’t work.
When I called the store, the RONA team immediately stepped up. They found out when my delivery was scheduled, called me back with the details, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was delivered.
The store staff truly care about their customers, and I don’t think they should be penalized for the delivery company’s lack of communication. Five stars for the RONA Medicine Hat team — they really earned it!
