- MBM BNov 12, 20255.0I recently purchased a washer, dryer, and dishwasher from RONA Medicine Hat, and I’m very impressed with their outstanding customer service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was handled properly. Unfortunately, the delivery company they use was disappointing — I never received the promised call or email the day before or the morning of delivery, and the email address they provided didn’t work. When I called the store, the RONA team immediately stepped up. They found out when my delivery was scheduled, called me back with the details, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was delivered. The store staff truly care about their customers, and I don’t think they should be penalized for the delivery company’s lack of communication. Five stars for the RONA Medicine Hat team — they really earned it!

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
