    Unsatisfactory customer service experience. Despite 15 attempts to contact the GP branch via phone, no one answered. We paid for delivery, but the date and time were repeatedly rescheduled. I decided to pick up the order personally and discovered that one order had been sent to other place. We are extremely disappointed, having paid the delivery fees. Moreover, it is not possible to discuss these issues with anyone.

    Please wear the disposable boot covers over footwear when in a home, this would prevent the messy floors that were left behind. The gentlemen were very efficient and polite

    Walked in seen a bunch of employees chatting away I was waiting in the children's area wanting to ask questions yet got no assistance had to go out of my way to find someone who told me to please wait my turn yet been here for 12 minutes before getting acknowledged at the very least. One employee near the door playing on his phone. Not sure if business related or just bored but kinda killed the vibe of asking for information

    WOW! Dj and Joban delivered our sofa to our Grande Prairie address today and completely blew us away. They were right on time, incredibly friendly, and beyond professional. Their communication was excellent, and they handled everything with such care, confidence, and grace it felt truly first-class. The Brick should be incredibly proud to have delivery superstars like DJ and Joban. They made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable and honestly made us love The Brick even more. What an amazing pair of professionals exceptional guys all around! Highly, highly recommend! 🙌👏
