- CCCandice CossetteAug 14, 20251.0If I could rate this store a solid zero I would. I applied for a couch and end table set back in July and never heard back from anyone. Then I go into the store in Aug and they apologized that my order must have slipped through the cracks but then to only be informed they don’t have the items and it could be two months or longer. I finally decided that I would just take one from the store that was not as nice but it would do and it was used anyways so it was a bit cheaper. Delivery was scheduled for today all day appointment, I called mid afternoon to check that it was still coming and I was assured it was coming around 5-5:30, called back at 5:44 to only be told that they tried to call me for delivery which is untrue because I was on my phone and I check the miss calls and there was two one from my mother in law and the other from doctors office. She told me that it went right to answering machine so I said ok why didn’t you leave a message you knew I was home and was expecting this and it was just excuse after excuse. I’m at the point now where I’m going in for a refund because I don’t wanna do business with a company that has no customer service and respect for the millions of people they overcharge on there shitty products because literally most break before you leave contract is up this is why you have to pay it off faster which I am well aware but the ignorance of the employees at the 118th location is appalling, I asked if I could come pick up my couch if she has had driver that deliver u til 6:30 but really don’t because they just went to the west Ed to drop of the second delivery guy at 5:40pm like make it make sense. You can anyways I couldn’t even go get it myself because her manager is on vacation apparently yet there is no one filling in for this told that could make executive decision seems odd. I don’t know what kinda scams everyone is running but I rather go take my business else where one that values there customer time as I gave up a full day to sit around and wait for absolutely nothing. Long story short don’t give them you business they don’t appreciate anything or anyone time or money for that matter. I also asked if I could come in now for a refund but nobody there currently today can issue that so I’ll be there in the morning. You can play games with someone else! Here my missed calls lol and your call went through to tell me that there was nothing you can do! So make it make sense because your company is a bunch of liars.
