Terrible online shopping experience. I ordered 11 of one thing and 1 of a different thing. First they said they were sending the shipment to the local Rona for pickup. Went there but shipment was not there, it was at the courier pickup.
Picked up packages, I was short one package. Called Rona online shopping to inform them, they understood the problem and said they would find the missing package and email me back. 1 week went by, no update. Called Rona again, explained my situation, they understood. Another week went by, no update. Contacted Rona a third time, another week, no update. I called a forth time, again I explained that I am missing a package, identified that either they find it or give me a refund. I stayed on the line to make sure they found it, 1 1/2 hours later they said they found it and gave me tracking courier tracking number. After a week it was at the courier pickup but when I got home and opened it up I to find a bag of clover seed.
Called Rona again, I asked to talk to their manager, again, I explained the situation, she said she would get back to me. I asked how long it would take to get back to me and she said later that day or the next. A week went by, no update so I called her back, when we were done talking I had a full refund for the $227.00 1 missing item and a gift card for $150.00. 1 1/2 months to straighten out a missing item. I gave two stars because they threw in a $150.00 gift card. Will I shopping Rona online again, NO.
