Francis seemingly performed as well as possible under difficult circumstances. Upon being finally approved, the experience went from barely mediocre to surprisingly exceptional. Due to the urgency of my own situation, delivery was arranged for the same day. The delivery team of Gary and Rodney did an excellent professional job of both meeting my needs and representing the company. Kudos to these gentlemen for a job very well done!

They’ve broken so many privacy breach laws. Can’t even get an apology or a call from them. 90+ customers impacted.

They kept saying we don’t know when it’s coming we can’t contact the supplier. Found out 24 hrs prior of the delivery date that my furniture was being delivered. I had to pay someone to remove my old couches cause I had no notice. Have not even had the furniture for 2 weeks and they are already tacking on random late payments “service fees” and other charges I was never informed about. Got charged double what I was supposed to this week over $60 in service and late fees when the payment was not even 12 hrs late - NO VM, no email, was left about payment not processing. Getting any sort of explanation & help has been a dead end. Save your money and go somewhere else. The only good experience I had was with the delivery drivers
