Made increasingly frustrating by additional demands for information to which they were not entitled. Francis seemingly performed as well as possible under difficult circumstances. Upon being finally approved, the experience went from barely mediocre to surprisingly exceptional. Due to the urgency of my own situation, delivery was arranged for the same day. The delivery team of Gary and Rodney did an excellent professional job of both meeting my needs and representing the company. Kudos to these gentlemen for a job very well done!
