With that said, I feel I should mention the lack of organization, they failed to mail me vaccine papers I requested two times, I had to physically go in and have them printed, nice and warm. There's also been alot of miscommunication about school required vaccinations, again I had to physically go into the office to figure out what shots my daughter needed for school when she's had 2 appointments there before, at which I asked the doctor's what she needed done before school started and I was told she was caught up until next year, until I went in the third time and found out she was behind 2 different shots including her 3rd dose of HepB the only reason I knew something was off is because my daughter's teacher was confused by her vaccination papers and told me she still needed shots, yea, her teacher looked and knew something was missing and the doc didn't notice, I'm still sceptical and shaken that my daughter will get the wrong shots or something crazy. This practice wasn't to my standards of cleanliness either, I've never been to a doctor's office that looked like my house before spring cleaning. I hate to leave a negative review even more so because they're some very nice people but I wouldn't have begun to bring my daughter here if I had known the headache it was going to be and I will be finding a new doctor for her and our new baby when he's born. Sorry guys
