Since starting a new medication I found the best out of pocket price was 180 miles round trip for me, but made the trip anyways here to Laramie. It’s been 5 months and not ONE script has been correct. Each time a partial fill or issues getting the needed meds. After all this I STILL choose to drive the distance and shop with them. I called THREE times this week and spoke with someone to make sure it would be ready in full as I would be heading down. How many tries to get three call answered, you don’t want to know. First off it wasn’t ready, secondly after making the 180 mile trip they tell me in person I’m a day early… so now another 360 miles this month to get what I need. Not again… ENTIRE staff is new as well as rude. The pharmacist told me I “bothered” her on the phone for asking a second question right then, rather than call back later. Don’t trust them to have what you need, just go elsewhere
