I knew they were great when my daugher came to me after i got home from work wanting to show me her tooth. When i asked she said Dr. Rick drew a whale on my tooth! It those little interactions that make these Dentist special. They answer our questions both our daughrers and ours and give us a detailed plan of what needs fixed and if there are different options that can be done in the treatment plan. I highly recommend them.

I was late, haven’t been before nonetheless they seen my child.(I was thankful for it but it wasn’t a necessity) if they would’ve rescheduled I would’ve been fine with that too; in fact I was expecting that. So I waited outside while my husband brought our child in to see about what’ll be happening. It was more than a couple of minutes so I called him and he said they’re going back. I go in to take a toy to my child, sit, and wait. One of the front office staff begin to complain about how we were late and how she doesn’t have time to be there all day she’s got family to go home to. I get it I’ve been there so I roll my eyes and continue to pull my phone out to distract myself then I hear them speaking negatively on another patients health condition and the answers a parent had put for medical conditions and allergies. As my husband and child come out I ask to speak with someone higher up or in charge and they bring out Kendra Martin. When I bring up the situation on the worker making a rude comment and also the violating HIPPA Kendra decided to explain to me I was late. Something I knew and doesn’t excuse her staff being rude. on the subject of the child she began telling me even more information about the child. Then repeatedly asked “Do you know their name though?” She needs to pay attention when completing her HIPPA training. I know I do. Complaint filed for Sharing identify information and inadvertent disclosure and new Dentist already found.

The staff were incredible. So helpful and friendly. Our hygienist was Brook and she was perfect. She made my 7 year old comfortable and kept her smiling. The dentist was quick to do the exam and added bonus points for a near Halloween appointment was that the office (including the dog) was dressed as Minions and Gru. Highly recommend bringing your family here!
