It started with the exam, which seemed okay, but when I picked up my glasses they were a bit blurry. My eyes were dialated at the time of the exam, which can render an inaccurate exam like it does for me. To their credit, they agreed to rexamine me and remake the lenses. That exam went well but now the problem is with an iPad or tablet they use to take measurements isn't operable and won't be for another week. Oh, and one of the lenses on the $1200 glasses came loose after only 3 days. I hope the replacement pair last longer. Best case it will be another 3 weeks before I get these glasses, so we'll see how this ends.
