- MMMONov 11, 20255.0My boyfriend and I had been hunting for glasses today for approximately 4 hours. We couldn’t not seem to find much in the style he wanted. Then again, i don’t know if it was the style we couldn’t find or if the service we got was terrible. I’d say bad customer service. We were on our way home and he said , let’s stop at Frames. So we did. I have to say this was a perfect way to end the hunt for glasses. Perfection at its finest. Great service, great attitude, and extremely helpful. Might I add very knowledgeable about everything. I want to say thank you to Abigail for being so patient and pleasant. The whole experience was the best. Keep it up guys at Frames. You definitely will get all the kudos from us. Thank you, Julie and Jay
- SNSuzie NesmithMar 14, 20241.0A FREE MEDICARE EXAMINATION FOR A DIABETES PATIENTS EVERY YEAR- covered on Medicare part b. Frames through out 1 client, I know, and is refusing to honor another client’s diabetic status. Terrible customer service, mistreated elderly clients! They are an abomination!
