- GKGordon KraftNov 17, 20235.0Staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. There are plenty of pieces of exercise equipment so seldom a wait to get a machine. Therapists did a great job stretching and messaging my quad which was affected by a pinched nerve. They provided me with the proper exercises to strengthen the muscles around the lower back to alleviate the pinching of the nerve. This restored the use of my quad.
- JTJulia ThompsonSep 7, 20235.0I have arthritis in my upper back and neck. My doctor recommended physical therapy for the pain. I didn’t know if that would help much, but did it ever! I chose Lakeside physical therapy because it was close to home and the reviews were good. Paul and his staff were so welcoming, they had a plan for my pain. Heat, exercises(some with weights), massage,and ice therapies. Amy the receptionist scheduled my therapies at my convenience. I began to feel better in just a few weeks. The PT therapists Cassie and Leah were great massaging all the sore places I didn’t know I had, helping my muscles to relax,and getting strength from the exercises. I discovered I loved the weight machines. I decided to join the gym ( silver sneakers) to continue with the weights,after my PT was completed. Drake walked me through the different machines,with weights and settings to personalize them to me, and he helps me if I need it on any machine. At my age my arthritis will never go away, but being at Lakeside has made such a huge difference for me and my wellbeing. I feel like Paul and the staff here is just as happy as I am that my pain is so much less now. I want to continue here for a long time!

First day unable to raise arm over head, wash hair, etc. never thought the PT would bring me back to full range of motion and out of pain. The staff are focused on getting the patient better in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Would recommend Lakeside Physical Therapy to anyone, any age.
- WEWilliam EagleJan 13, 20201.0I'm 52 years old and I've been to therapy multiple times over the years. Went to lakeside for therapy, and all they did was put heat and stem on me. They didn't do anything else. I still had to have rotator cuff surgery. But they still charged me over a thousand dollars. Pretty sad. The worst place I've ever been to. It's called legal thievery
