- EEEthan4 days ago5.0I'm honestly not one to typically leave reviews, but when the service is exceptional, I feel it's necessary to give proper credit. I went to Concentra for a pre-employment physical and drug screening, I was extremely nervous as I had never done one before. My nerves were lessened as soon as I walked in and was greeted by the very kind front desk woman. After filling out brief paperwork, I was next in line for my screening. The real star of the show though was Bobbi, I had seen the previous reviews, but had no idea what I was in for! Bobbi guided me back and instantly made me feel at ease with her amazing personality. She was knowledge, funny, and made you feel right at home. I have never enjoyed a simple Dr visit so much. The staff here is great, and I highly recommend it. If I ever need to come back, you bet I'm asking for the one and only Bobbi!

- RPRocky PolsterOct 27, 20252.0Dr kept referencing my cpap (which I don't have) and glasses (which I don't wear) no matter how many times I corrected her. Then suspended my CDL with the dmv, pending test results, including 7-9 days fee CPAP compliance, which I still don't have. She just couldn't be bothered to listen, costing me days of work. The other staff was wonderful, working around numerous IT difficulties they were having.
