Contacted for a follow-up and during a almost two hour video chat (most of which I spent in the virtual waiting room) I was informed that they would not treat me. They refused to prescribe the available medication because of potential side effects from medications that I could STOP TAKING during a course of treatment. They were rude, disrespectful and I have told a multitude of friends to steer clear of this location. There are other locations that treat their patients much better and with MUCH more respect and care. I will be going to a different clinic and have been assured that there is no reason I shouldn't be able to get the medication that this clinic refused me.
