I was informed that I will receive a refund of the $110 over the next one to two months. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to Concentra Urgent Care.

It’s now almost 11 and all I did was my pee test I’m literally writing this review in the waiting room because of how long it took this place. Very very slow do not go here and if you need a fed med go anywhere else but here unless you have 10 hours to blow for a one minute pee test. Really frustrating and this isn’t the first time Concentra has done this to everyone!
- CPC PetroDec 1, 20252.0Mostly rude staff that for some reason think they are brain surgeons, not piss technicians. Instructions are not clearly explained at the time of service and rules magically change according to the patron being tested. Make sure you have to urinate a full solo cup worth if you want to have any chance of complying otherwise you have to sit three hours drinking a limited amount of water to comply, simply not enough. No leaving the facility at all if you have to wait to produce enough urine. If you do leave in that time for any reason it’s considered a refusal which is a little rash, but again that rule only applies to a select few patrons from what I could see. Not a good experience overall for people just trying to find work. I’m sure the crappy work will continue despite any number of advice or complaints so who really cares honestly.
