I pride myself on knowing a lot about anatomy and movement from my previous work, but I learned so much from his expertise as to why my shoulder was clicking and/or hurting during the exercises and during daily work activities. He breaks things down and explains so well. You will learn how your movement patterns contributed to your pain/current issues. And, he will empower you to heal with all the right exercises!
