Had to visit here a couple of times after damaging my frames. They were delightful, and the third time I came in for the same issue, they really helped me out!

Helpful staff. Great prices! (I’ve spent 2x more at Pearl and Shopko) so I bought prescription sunglasses with my glasses! Great selection and organized, relaxed atmosphere.

I have ordered glasses from Warby Parker for the last 15 years. This last experience was terrible. I have been unable to reach anyone who can accurately tell me when I will receive my two pairs of glasses. There is no option to actually call the store you purchased them from, which in this case was Milwaukee. For the price of these glasses, the customer service should be much better than what it is. Going forward, my eyeglass business will be going to Glasses USA or Caddis, where people can track your order and your aren’t sent through a loop of automated recordings. 0/10.

Beautiful well lit store, with modern frames and extremely helpful staff and optometrist took her time during examination and explained each step in the process.

EDIT 11/07/25: Thankfully, a lot of the below-mentioned issues have been resolved. My partner was able to finally get an in-person exam, and received far better results this time around. Warby Parker recognized their prior mistakes and took extra care to make sure she received the correct prescription. If you’re looking to get an eye exam at this location, definitely go for an in-person one; it seems like the root of her issues came from the virtual appointments and the errors that sprung from it. Hoping this was a one-time problem! Totally incompetent service. My partner had an eye exam two months ago and Warby Parker has yet to send the correct prescription. First, they sent monthly contacts when she asked for daily contacts. Then, over a month later, they sent contacts with an incorrect prescription that are far too weak. Combine that with terrible communication and a failure to act on the situation without being called multiple times, she is now going onto month two without a usable contacts supply. It’s a shame that they've dropped the ball on this matter so badly, when my prior experience with this location was very positive. If you are looking to update a prescription, stay away until they get their ducks in a row.
