- TTT3 days ago2.0Used to be a good company to work for. Now when you give a 2 week notice to be professional they pull you off the schedule when it works for them and when you request a call back they pretend you don't exist. HR is also no help as they don't care about employees. Unless it's something that they can be sued over, they're not going to work with you at all. Please check other places for employment or before you sign with them. They have a high turn over rate out of this office and the office has next to zero staff and the ones that are there have so much going on that they can't even keep dates straight. If you are planning on having workers in your house to take care of a loved one, be aware this company has a lot of unprofessional PCW's. I highly recommend you get a camera inside the living area. High cell phone usage, theft, negligence, and very unprofessional behavior from a lot of the workers. Make sure you know who they are sending in your home! The office doesn't seem to care when other workers report them because they can barely keep anyone as it is so good workers leave since they don't want to deal with other bad workers. This is a for-profit company. They do not care. Get a camera or look at a different smaller company.

The day is structured, with meals, PT/OT at home exercises, ADL’s and house tasks. The focus is on safety yet encouraging independence. My mom feels special and is treated with respect and dignity.
