  The people here were extremely kind to me. I accidentally missed my appointment and after calling them, I was lucky enough to still be able to come in as it seemed to be a slow day. They helped me with everything I needed, took my health seriously, and have even sent me recommendations and links for clinical services I'm in need of. I'm definitely going to come back!

  One of the best office experiences I’ve ever had. My nurse “Kei “ was so informative and friendly she was very professional and personable, I felt comfortable talking to her. The Physician Greta was all smiles warm and knowledgeable as well. I’f I could make them my primary doctors I would ! Will come back again.

  From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth and professionalism. Crystal, the receptionist, greeted me with a polished, well-put-together demeanor and a welcoming attitude that immediately put me at ease. Her professionalism set the tone for the entire visit. Enerys Duarte, the nurse, was truly exceptional. She took the time to make me feel comfortable throughout the process, patiently answering every question and addressing each concern with empathy and care. Shortly after, I was introduced to Greta McCool, who removed my birth control with incredible efficiency—less than five minutes. As someone who is deathly afraid of needles, to the point of feeling sick and clammy, I cannot express how much I appreciated her gentle and reassuring approach. She took the time to explain each step, kept me calm, and made me feel truly seen—not just as a patient, but as a person. I walked in expecting a stressful experience, and instead was met with kindness, compassion, and a team of professionals who genuinely care. Thank you to everyone I interacted with—you are all incredibly well-mannered and deserving of recognition. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking respectful and thorough care.

  The staff were extremely nice and I had no wait time. My major issue was the nurse who was handling my care. I asked for clarification on my options and she laughed at me before she responded, giving me only one option of treatment I was not comfortable with. So I left without getting any help with my health problem. I will never come back here.

  I've been in there several times and the wait time wasn't more than 10 minutes but yesterday I have an appointment at 12:30 I showed up early because if you don't show up early the petty girl at the desk say you have to reschedule so im waiting 10 minutes go by 20 minutes then 35 minutes go by if I wanted to just sit around that long to wait for an appointment I would have no life I have things to do and then when I was like why is it taking so long and why is she going before me she said her appointment was before you her appointment with before mine the one that starts at 12:30 and now it's 1:05!!! so that would have meant that I would have had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes after her appointment was done for me to go in there so I left total waste of time won't be going back
