She is rude, not super helpful in assisting customers with Concentra services. Strongly recommend visiting a different Concentra in the area unless the front desk woman learns better customer service. I personally have been to atleast 4 different Concentra locations and I never had a problem or thought negatively about Concentra until that experience.
