This particular one had no weight and everything that I needed. The staff was great, very thorough and time efficient. I will definitely make this my go to Concentra.

Luckily I still had my paperwork and my coworker was with me to say I DID go to do my random test there. Our company is changing providers now because mistakes like this can cost someone their job.
- DHD HolloOct 27, 20252.0I would rather continue going to the location either in Franklin, WI, and/or the south 6th Street location. They poked me 3 different times to draw blood. Then the technician tried to make me rest my face against the machine that tests your vision and when I asked can she wipe the machine off first, she said "We wipe it off at the end of the day." I said to myself you supposed to wipe it off at the end if each use. So I just put my face as close as I could just to see the letters/numbers. We get to the pulmonary function test, she made me take use all of my 8 attempts when I already had 4 green smiley faces out of the previous attempts I had used. So when I brought that up to the doctor, she said she doesn't know why she made me use all 8 attempts. It just was a horrible experience overall, especially considering I've been getting DOT physicals for about 10 years now. If an employer ever send me to that location again, I will respectfully decline the job offer. That's how bad my DOT Physical was. But I will say the doctor and the receptionist at the front desk, they were very nice and professional. The doctor, she was very knowledgeable and informative about alot of underlying issues that I need to address from a health standpoint. But that technician that they assigned me to (I can't remember her name. Slender, ponytail, wears glasses, and likes to pick at her face alot), I will pass.
