- ANAmy NetzelOct 20, 20255.0I went to this Concentra location for a pre-employment drug screening and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. It was very crowded in there that day because it’s also an urgent care and provides other medical services, but I still didn’t have to wait very long and the staff was so pleasant despite the large volume of people. It’s hard to stay that happy when working with the public in general, but especially people who don’t feel good and may not be in the best mood. But it didn’t affect the staff at all, they were always smiling and wonderful to interact with. The woman who administered my drug test was especially warm and nice to be around. I think her name was Vickie but I’m not positive. She was fantastic, and I seldom deal with staff anywhere that is as nice and professional as she was. She should be running the place because is a perfect example of how an employee, especially one in the medical field, should conduct themselves.
