The free weights, functional machines and personal training are better than what I've used in bigger city gyms. I have been working with Caleb every week this past summer. He has challenged my body to lift weights that are above my normal workout routine. This training has equipped me to successfully paddle board. I was able to easily stand on my board because my glutes and core are stronger! And I never tipped off my board! Victory!! Thank you Cale.
