    Pretty quick nice and friendly. Price was a bit much for me but over all it was painless. The pressure they speak about didn't feel any. After waking up eyes a little dry but the drops took care of that. I do see pretty good and I'm sure it will clear up even more in some time. Gale was awesome and so was the other lady bit I'm bad with names. Recommend to do. Only reason 4 stars is I think they could do better with the price. Tsh

    Got my lasik done this past Monday since the building is only a 1 min drive from my work office it made it easier I wasn’t really sure what to expect coming into lasik but they made everything pretty straight forward the procedure doesn’t hurt at all but to me was uncomfortable but I didn’t expect it to comfortable given they are working on my eyes lol the staff is super friendly and post op has been painless and they provide you with all of the eye drops you will need for recovery I would 10/10 recommend lasik to anyone that is sick of having to wear glasses or contacts

    I went in for a consultation and ended up getting LASIK that same day. For me, this worked out well because I do not live in the Madison area. I was also pretty nervous, but all the staff and doctors were very patient and helpful with answering questions and providing information to put my mind at ease. The procedure was very quick. It was somewhat uncomfortable but not at all painful. Same with the healing process. They do a great job making sure you understand the steps you'll need to take to heal well and providing everything needed. I'm 24 hours out and now have great vision and very little discomfort. Totally worth it!

    Being an anxiety prone person in general I was quite nervous for this procedure. Miranda and Dr. Probst coached me through the 10mins in the OR room (that’s including pre-surgery instructions and getting up from the table) from the moment I walked in the door. They both were absolutely fantastic at what they do and I have told multiple people in my life (plus strangers) who were nervous about getting LASIK done how amazing TLC Laser Eye Centers off Crossroads is. I also want to shout out Dr. Rachel for her thorough pre and post op care. This place is the best!

    I never thought I’d get around to getting lasik surgery done but with just a quick google and some reading of their website this seemed like the best bet and turned out to be true. Everything was handled over the phone for me personally, then it was straight in for eye testing and the procedure! It went quick along with all my questions being answered. The procedure was flawless with the high tech equipment they have here. Didn’t feel a bit nervous at all. I would recommend anyone thinking about it to just go for it and have a plan financially in mind. They allow payment plans that are great and flexible. I suggest going in time for the discount too instead of insurance because I found out it saved me more not using vision insurance so that is something to think about as well. Overall 10/10. Trust doctor Probst. He’s been in the game for a long time now!
