- TWTina WillitsSep 13, 20252.0Warning: don't book your eye exam through their website or you will have to have a video call with a doctor, not an in person appointment. The virtual doctor that we had was awful. He would not answer basic questions and was in a rush to be done with the appointment. I highly recommend an in person doctor for this type of appointment. The 3 women who helped us in the store were great! I feel bad for them because they have to deal with upset customers when they have to tell them that their appointment is virtual, not in person.

- SBSofia BaucisJul 2, 20253.0I am a little disappointed with the eye exam. I have to admit that the woman who assisted me was very kind and very helpful, how ever the eye exam… where to begin. It was a virtual call in a dark room with a “technician” (not a real eye doctor) whom I could barely understand, and ended up giving me 0 which is crazy because I’ve been using glasses for 8 years now. To be fair, they offered me to re do the eye exam with the doctor, the problem is that he only comes to the place once a week in a time that is impossible for me. Just some things to keep in mind if you come here! I still recommend it: The service 5 stars, extremely nice and considerate employees; the price of the glasses were pretty cheap (keep in mind that the quality is not great); but I would not trust 100% their eye exams if you don’t do it with the doctor!! He comes Mondays from 9-5 (which I did not know when I scheduled my appt). Otherwise, I would do it somewhere else!

Big surprise a month later I got glasses. Clearly improper new prescription. Had another in person real doctor a month later. He stated prescription grossly incorrect by tele-visit One month later and still no glasses. Told them I wanted a refund. Five calls later and still no refund. Each time I called they told me they saw nowhere a refund was requested. It has been nearly three months since my initial purchase. Do NOT use Stanton.
