The very kind woman helping me was so sweet and listened when I said I tend to faint and talked me through the entire process. She even tied my tourniquet over my shirt sleeve to make it less tight on my skin. She was so thorough and made the process painless and the SECOND I said I was feeling faint she finished up and helped me recover safely. She was incredible. Front desk staff were kind and got me back quickly. The entire process lasted about half an hour. Great experience!
