I could swear that it only took a little over an hour to walk in the door, have my new catheter placed and be on my way home. Everyone was great and made sure to clearly explain things. They're also really good at keeping stress levels down in the procedure room.

After my procedure was done and they were setting up my next appt., I was asked why my wife or a friend could not drive me to my appts? I said I do not have anyone to drive me. I asked why this mattered. I was told that Azura has to pay more for someone to pick me up because I live about 45 miles away. Really!!! I am sure that Azura makes a ton of money off doing my procedures and have already built into the prices the cost of transportation. I felt pressured and I did not like it. Very unhappy with them now.
