We needed home oxygen asap, took them over a week, too concerned about if the ins would cover, so we had to wait until the ins approved it. What about the " the needs of the patient come first". It's ridiculous!

Our first time there the dude working was pushing for us to pay out of pocket, the second time there he said he still couldn't process the claim, that's even after calling the store and being told everything was lined up to get the item. He actually came out from behind the counter and made the visit a confrontation. Very upsetting situation. I'll never use the Mayo store in lacrosse ever again!
