Over the past 6 months, I have several visits to this dentist office. And at each visit, I was greeted by Nathan. Nathan was always pleasant, professional and above all genuinely sincere...it definitely shows he enjoys his job. Next I need to say Dr RJ and his team have always been professional and caring. Its refreshing to see that along with those qualities, they also have a sense of humor. My only concerns have been the 2x year scheduling for existing patients. However, this issues has seemed to corrected itself and back to 2x year cleaning. At my last visit to have a permanent crown placed, it was suggested since I had an upcoming appt for cleaning and exam, to complete the exam portion at that visit. I expressed concern about insurance coverage but was told no issue. But I just received the EOB denying this exam which would have been covered at the cleaning/exam appt. I will discuss this at my next visit, and hope for resolution. You really can not go wrong by having your dental needs met at coulee family dental.
