I went for a work screening. The original paper work was submitted through my computer I was given a confirmation number somehow it was lost and had to be done 3 times. I took a hearing test and it was so loud I got a headache the next day I had a blood vessel burst in my eye I got a red eye. The blood pressure test had to be taken three times also the doctor got a perfect reading I had to settle down because of the hearing screening the computer broke down and 4 times trying they sent me away with a piece of paper. The people were great but your computers were terrible I was there for 2 hours

The waiting room was bright and seasonally decorated. There was a TV and several chairs to invite social distancing.

Went for DOT physical. I was told there was a 90 minute wait which i said fine. I was there for almost 4.5 hours total between waiting room and sitting in my room. The actual interaction was maybe 35 minutes total between drug screen and exam. I finally got to see P.A. (Noah Stifle) and it was like you were a number to him and nothing more. He was very stand off and monotone in nature. I answered questions which he requested names of procedures and surgeries I had done decades ago (1980s) and when I said I could ask someone who knew more about it he said "nevermind" or huffed over my response. I was cleared prior to seeing him by multiple DOT doctors who gave me a 1 year medical card (epilepsy requirement).
His exam was a joke. He took less than 3 minutes and came up with a final decision. He put me on a 3 month temporary medical card and told me that my prior one was trash and void. He threatened to not sign anything unless I did what he said and "maybe this wasn't the right track for me" was repeated multiple times even though I kept saying I was cleared a little more than 6 months ago. His response was do it or you get nothing while blocking the door.
I was shown to waiting room since he got upset by me questioning him and he disappeared refusing to talk to me. I voiced concerns in waitinf room and showed annoyance where I was immediately reminded of a zero tolerance to aggresion behavior (i spun around because I was frustrated) even though i remained friendly when talking to them. I was given a card with a number I could call which was just to the front desk and the name of a nurse. I asked to talk to that person on the card and was told "someone would call or email me" later.
If your job sends you here and you get him which he is primary P.A.-C/physician suggest to your job you go somewhere else.
I do want to give a positive note that my nurse I was given was a wonderful person who even though she was stressed and rushed since lack of staff remained happy and friendly. She was definitely a blessing in this whole experience.
