Today I had my yearly eye exam at Shopko Optical, with an actual doctor and not a TV screen, and was told that the prescription I was given by Stanton was completely wrong. We tested with my Stanton Optical prescription glasses as well to verify how incorrect it was. Not only has my prescription been wrong for over a year, I spent much more money getting an exam at Stanton Optical than I did with Shopko Optical today, where I received the PROPER prescription. I know there is no way I will get refunded or an employee will care to listen so that is why I am leaving this review. Don't waste your time going there. Unless you verify beforehand that you will be seeing an actual doctor IN PERSON. But even then, I would probably go elsewhere!

But they worked with me and got them in. Once they got in I still owed the other half for my prescription but with me having to move out of Wisconsin Jenna worked with me and waved the other half of my payment so I could have my prescription. I was so thankful and will be going there in the future when I get back to Wisconsin. GREAT JOB STANTON OPTICAL. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was sent home unsure of how to use my first pair of contacts. When I discovered they would not work for me I talked to her team and they apologized to me. Got me new contacts. On that same day I broke my glasses by literally setting them on my night stand. I went back and had my glasses repaired with no down payment as I had only had them 2 weeks! I told them I was done and needed some reimbursement that I didn't want contacts because they talked me into getting them but then didn't properly show me how to use them and I was tired of my soar red eyes from them. They claim they sent me a check but that was another lie. Go use anyone anyone else other than them.

I was told many times I would be called back later and never got a call back. I was frustrated with the customer service until I went in and talked to Bianca (Assistant Sales Manager). She tried her best to get the same pair of glasses, but they were out of stock. She was not only helpful, but great at getting back to me and we were able to find a resolution to the problem. Thank you so much Bianca! Had she played a roll, my review would have been way less.
