- ESEmily SzamockiOct 27, 20251.0I ordered glasses that should've arrived 6 days ago. I have been trying to reach customer service, but there is only 1 means of contact. This phone number takes the caller to their closest store for "customer service". I ordered a pair of glasses online, which is separate from the stores location. The manager said he has nothing to do with online orders and as such cannot help with my order. I asked to be pushed to someone higher and he couldn't help. I was charged for the glasses immediately, the manager can see I ordered them, we both can see that they should've been delivered to my address 6 days ago, yet there is still no tracking number. This is a complete scam. There is no recourse that I can do. Maybe eventually glasses will be magically delivered, but I don't foresee that happening. If I could rate Stanton Optical a 0/5, I would.

- MMmarsOct 12, 20251.0made an appointment at 5pm, was told when i walked in that they close in an hour and i would be making someone stay late if i wanted to do the exam in-person, otherwise i would have to do an inaccurate exam (their words) digitally. felt really frustrating to drive all that way just to be made to feel guilty for even coming, the worst part is that there was even appointment times later than mine (5:15 and 5:30). ended up leaving and won’t be coming back.
