I went to this location as a new patience with setting my appointment up online with being on boarded. I called to confirm month in advance for process of obtaining my insurance information because it has to be looked up via social security. I explained this over the phone and they confirmed they understood.
Several days prior to my appointment I confirmed with my health insurance the process as well of when I go to this business of how to look up my insurance in order to be prepared for the on boarding process.
I get there and the young receptionist seems frazzled and not giving me their full attention. Then I am asked for my insurance card. I explained to her that I called months in advance and had that conversation with them and with my insurance company that it needs to be looked up in the system via my social security number.
She was very rude and said she doesn't know how to do that and that all their insurance people leave at 5:30p. My appointment was at 5:30p and their posted office hours are till 7p.
I said well I gave you the information that I was given and I understand you cant look it up but how to we figure out this situation. While I was saying this she interrupted me several different times and I told her I wasn't done talking and I am a new customer. Also while this is going on another employee interrupted me to ask this employee if they knew where the rebate forms where. This had nothing to do with what was going. I stated this isnt how I should be treated. She said back very very rude tone that she needs to talk to so I can know what is going on.
I told her I know what is going on and you're very rude and I will not be spoken to this way or treated like this as a new custom. If you don't want my business, not because of my insurance situation but because how im being treated I want the appointment canceled.
She looked at me in shock that I would actually cancel the appointment. I canceled and will never go back there.
The process of going to a new doctor is hard enough with all the hoops and jumps you have to do with insurance. It shouldn't be made harder with a person being a snot and super rude because they don't know how to list to a customer and how to treat other with respect.

I had an excellent experience during my eye exam on December 1st. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, the staff was professional, kind, and very attentive. The entire process was smooth, organized, and handled with great care. The doctor explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam.
I left completely satisfied with the service I received and truly appreciate the team’s professionalism and commitment to patient care. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience!

I am reviewing my husband’s experience- the doctor was great. but ordering the glasses was a horrible experience he was there for 2-3 hours they had to keep remeasuring his eyes and then when he got his glasses, they were not what he ordered. The frame was correct but he asked for progressive lenses and they do not seem like progressive lenses to him and he asked for transition lenses and did not get those either - he went back in January but was so upset by his experience he did not want to go back to exchange them. The staff seemed annoyed at having to help him. He now uses them as temporary readers. Will not be going back again.
