- JJJennaJul 3, 20255.0always helpful. they understand and work with u, not against u. staff and docs are great, fast appointments. when bc caused issues they found out why and switched it out immediately. they have never judged or made comments about lifestyles. I don't have to wait for call backs at bad times, they answer when u call. been using planned parenthood for almost 30 years. they have all the info.

Terrible service provided by the front desk worker, she would not answer any questions or offer any information. Not only that, she talked to me like I was inconveniencing her. Why work at a planned parenthood if you don’t genuinely care about the women you’re helping? That being said the doctors were decent. However, I will never return to this specific location. Highly recommend making the drive to Waukesha or Madison planned parenthood if possible.
