After contacting 101 Mobility, I could tell that they were the company for us. There customer service representative was pleasant and gave a complete explanation of their products and service. In no uncertain terms that first phone call made the difference in selecting which company to move forward with. We did purchase the stair chair from 101 Mobility and they came out within several days to measure the length of the stairs. Several days later, they returned and installed the stair chair. All of there people from there customer service reps, the installers and the owner (Donna) who I spoke with were absolutely wonderful. You can tell when they arrive that they take pride in what they are doing as the work truck was a nice clean truck, the installers dressed professionally and the product was top notch. We haven't had any problems with the stair chair and my mother would be sleeping in the dining room if it wasn't for this product. A year passed by and we received a phone call from 101 Mobility informing us that it was time for a yearly check and lubrication of the chair.
