They charge you full payment on the spot, kept my money for weeks and still needed more time they should refund money with interest to their customers who they can't deliver on time.

It all happened within two months of my purchasing. And this time they charged me 16$ for exchanging the frame. Their excuse was that I did not buy insurance.
